Loki FanArt

This is a little fan art I did the other day. The character belongs to Dez Seusy (her blog is here) the fan art is well mine. This character is from a comic she is planning. Currently it's still planning but if you all can gently (GENTLY) nudge her to get it posted or published please do so. Don't harass her. Also keep an eye out on eBay for anime chibi dolls, she's working on a bunch of them to help fund her cosplay costumes. So support your better cospalyers! In the mean time take a look around and comment on what you see. Thanks.

If you've seen my other blog you know that the this my Brand Spanking New Art Blog!! Yay me. Okay here I'll be posting images for your viewing pleasure and opinion. Be aware that although I may hear what you say that doesn't mean that my art will change. How ever I do listen and like to take the input of others under advisement. Thanks for stopping by. Here's art bit number one!

(Click here for a larger version)

This is a sketch of Julian who is one of the main characters of my comic. His gun is too small, the real one is quite large since it is a .44 magnum. It has a 6 inch barrel and is about 3 pounds. It is a Mantaba, which is an up and coming Italian designer. The main feature of the pistol is that it is an 'auto-volver' meaning that the part of the energy released by the fired bullet pushes the 'slide' back and rotates the cylinder, making it a very very fast revolver. But the most obvious 'curiosity' about the gun is the placement of the barrel. Instead of being on top like an standard revolver it is mounted low so that the cylinder cycles down to load the next bullet it sounds weird but looks dang cool! If you want a reference consider Vash the Stampede's gun from Trigun. It has a similar design, although his cylinder didn't swing out, nor was it an 'auto-volver' but it will give you an idea. If you're wondering why he's bleeding . . . I donno. I needed something to finish the sketch and that seemed to work. ^_^ Okay that's all for now.

My drawings, sketches and maybe even some desktops. Basically fun art things.
